The Bellingham Special Education Parent Advisory Council is working to promote a network of parents and guardians of children with special needs.  Our goal is to provide an arena to share information, promote communication and provide programs within the community to encourage understanding, acceptance and inclusion.  The Bellingham SEPAC will act as a liaison between parents and the school.  The SEPAC will provide informational forums and workshops for parents, guardians, educators, students and professionals in the special education and general education areas.
